Drawing on more than 35 years of healthcare experience and her work as a mindfulness and relaxation practitioner, Mandy combines practical tools with a calm, supportive approach to wellbeing.

Mindfulness & Burnout Support
For individuals feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or close to burnout, Mandy offers practical mindfulness mentoring focused on restoring balance and resilience.
Sessions introduce simple breathing techniques, grounding practices and realistic strategies that can be integrated into everyday routines.
Rather than quick fixes, the focus is on building sustainable habits that help people manage stress, regain energy and reconnect with what matters most.
Sound Therapy & Deep Relaxation
Sound therapy sessions use carefully selected instruments and guided relaxation techniques to help the body and mind enter a deeply restorative state.
These sessions are designed to reduce stress, release tension and encourage deep rest. Many people experience improved sleep, a calmer nervous system and a renewed sense of balance.
Sound sessions can be experienced individually, as part of a retreat or within a small group setting at Chetham Farm Retreat.
Calm Kids
Mandy is also a qualified children’s relaxation coach and works with children and families to help young people develop calm, confidence and emotional resilience.
Calm Kids sessions introduce breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and simple mindfulness practices in a supportive and engaging way.
These sessions are designed to help children manage big emotions, develop self-regulation skills and build confidence in a calm, nurturing environment.
Sessions can be arranged for families, small groups or schools.
